Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of, and incorporated by reference into, our Terms and Conditions. By subscribing to vannaq.com (the “Site”) you agree to the terms below.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales of subscriptions to the Site are final. Monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused features, downgrades, or service interruptions, except as expressly set forth below or as required by applicable law.

2. Automatic Renewal & Cancellation

All subscription plans automatically renew at the end of the subscription period at the then-current rate. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date through your account settings page. Cancelling stops future renewal charges; it does not refund the current billing period, and your access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

3. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge for the same subscription period), contact us within 30 days of the charge at [email protected] with your account email and the relevant Stripe receipt or order ID. Verified erroneous charges will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or card issuer for a legitimate, undisputed charge will result in immediate suspension of your account pending resolution. We strongly encourage you to contact us first so we can address the issue directly.

5. Service Disruptions

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Brief outages, planned maintenance, market data provider delays, or third-party infrastructure issues do not, by themselves, qualify for refunds. Significant prolonged outages affecting core functionality will be addressed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
